We have a great team!
We’re very proud of our team of electricians. We pride ourselves on having a sound set of values to guide us to be the best we can be and develop our team in their career journey. Our team members are good to deal with, highly professional and have your needs at the centre of the top service they provide.
Scott started Yes Electrical Ltd in 2003 and has been installing great electrical solutions for his customers around Wellington since. Giving top and timely customer service and solving issues are what drives Scott. He enjoys working with his qualified team to bring the latest technology and solutions to customers, and also takes pride in training new entrants to the electrical industry. Scott enjoys spending time with his two daughters and wife Juliet, and he loves keeping fit on his mountain bike.
Juliet is the business manager and looks after our marketing. Juliet is a communications professional who joined the business to work with her husband Scott and the team in 2017. Supporting the team to provide top service and develop their skills to be the best they can be are Juliet’s focuses. Away from Yes electrical work Juliet provides communication services to her own clients and plays mum Uber driver, taking her daughters to their various activities after school.
Tim is our senior qualified electrician and joined us in 2018. He has many years experience working in both Wellington and Auckland as an electrician. Tim brings a leadership role to our team, training and supervising his colleagues and running jobs. Tim has a young family which keeps him pretty busy when he’s not solving electrical challenges on the job. When he has time he enjoys four-wheel driving and relaxing with his family.
Thomas has worked with Yes Electrical for four years on our apprenticeship programme which he plans to complete this year. Thomas has grown his skills with Yes Electrical and now runs his own van and jobs, trains others and enjoys the satisfaction of completing a top job for customers. When he’s not at work Thomas can be found on the golf course, or supporting the Hurricanes or All Blacks at the cake tin.
Joel joined us in 2017 to begin his apprenticeship, with his interest in music leading him to take a career in the electrical industry. Joel has been a sound technician and curator for music events and worked in office and administration roles, as well as giving voluntary time to many organisations. Joel is enjoying working in our team and the challenge of learning new skills. Outside of work Joel continues to help organise music events and enjoys following American sports, especially the NBA.
