Mastercraft Electrical also provide services alongside Mastercraft Kitchens, New Zealand’s largest network of locally owned and operated full service kitchen specialists, with 30 locations nationwide.
We are a member of the Electrical Contractors Association of New Zealand (ECANZ), the nationwide trade association representing electrical contractors. ECANZ offers information, services, training and advice to businesses like ours. It also owns the Electrical Training Company Limited (etco) which employs electrical apprentices for secondment to the industry. We support this scheme by employing apprentices to work alongside our senior electricians from time to time.

The Electrical Workers Registration Board is responsible for the on-going competency of over 30,000 registered electrical and electronic workers in New Zealand. It also promotes electrical and electronic safety to all New Zealanders.
The board conducts examinations of electrical workers, monitors training, authorises electrician registration, ensures registered electricians maintain adequate competency and exercises disciplinary powers.
